Nicole attended the Lauterstein-Conway Massage School and graduated in 1999. She is a wonderful asset to Body Wisdom. She feels fortunate to have assisted in births as a doula and loves the intricate work of taking care of pregnant women and mammas. She is a Certified Professional Midwife who is happy to be incorporating her knowledge and professionalism, performing bodywork for the entire family at Body Wisdom.

Pregnancy massage focuses on giving the mother-to-be the special attention she needs, which helps to nurture the new life that she is growing. Nicole's massage helps to alleviate pain, she understands all stages of your pregnancy, and lends emotional support and wisdom.

Postpartum Massage is a wonderful way to take care of yourself after giving birth. It helps restore a mother's body to its pre-pregnancy condition and assists in realigning the body.
